How do i track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will issue you with your tracking details via email (for those destinations where tracking is available). This will allow you to track your order. We suggest using your work or business address if you are not home during the week.
What if i am not there when the parcel arrives?
This depends on what country you live in! We do however suggest using your work or business address if you are not home during the week. If there is no one to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, a postal card should be left informing you that the delivery was missed and alternative pick up or drop off arranged.
Am i liable for duties or taxes on my order?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Can i return my order?
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item(s), Flipflop and Treacle guarantees to refund (or replace) it, provided that it has been kept in perfect condition prior to it’s return, not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on), and that any labels, hygiene strips or tags are still intact.
I’ve received a faulty item!
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us right away, we will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

How do i care for my bikini?
Warm hand wash in mild soapy water to remove chlorine from garment. Do not wring, soak or bleach. Do not tumble dry. Drip dry in the shade.
Do not leave rolled up wet. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Chlorine, spa baths, tanning products, sunscreen and oils can cause damage or mark garments so avoid contact where possible and rinse immediately. Avoid contact with rough surfaces to minimise pulls in fabric. Garments may fade with time and become transparent when wet. If sand is trapped in the lining, rub the fabric gently when dry.
