If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item(s), Flipflop and Treacle guarantees to refund (or replace) it, provided that it has been kept in perfect condition prior to it’s return, not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on), and that any labels, hygiene strips or tags are still intact.
If you would like to return an item, simply contact us by clicking here and as long as it is in good condition and within 30 days of the receipt, a full refund will be provided within 3-5 days of us receiving your returned item(s) (excluding any delivery costs). Flipflop and Treacle IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS LOST IN TRANSIT – IT IS RECOMMENDED YOU INCLUDE TRACKING AND INSURANCE FOR YOUR PROTECTION.
Do I have to pay the return shipping?
For an exchange of size, colour or style, or for a refund of an unwanted item; the return postage is at the customers expense. If the return is a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the return postage will be paid for by the customer and then refunded by Flipflop and Treacle.
Can I return a sale item?
We do not offer refunds on sale items, however we can provide an exchange for an alternate size/ colour/ product.
